I started training this way years ago because I wanted to be a great surfer… but I live in Georgia. With the ocean hours away, I had to figure out how to build the strength, mobility, and endurance I’d need for surfing, right here on land.
Mermaid Flow Fridays is that method in class form: functional, athletic training designed for swimmers, surfers, paddlers, or anyone who feels at home in the water. You’ll train the same movement patterns, core strength, and joint mobility that translate directly to better performance in every water sport—even if your closest wave is hundreds of miles away.
